Delivery Methods
Saver delivery, many items can be delivered using this method just £2.25 (2nd class Royal Mail or similar)
Standard delivery, many items can be delivered using this method £3.99 including VAT (1st class or courier)
Next working day delivery (Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays), £12.95 for orders placed before 1pm
In some cases a different delivery charge will be applied to certain products due to the nature of them, this will be shown when you add the item to basket.
Standard Delivery
Items showing as "in stock" on our website should be dispatched the following working day if ordered by 1pm or in some cases the same day, if you select the standard delivery please allow 2-5 working days for delivery.
Next Working Day Delivery
We offer a next working day delivery service for orders placed before 1pm. These items are usually delivered by courier.
Saver Delivery
Saver delivery is a second class service (non priority) please allow 7 working days for your delivery to arrive
Items that are not held in stock will show "available" if they are in stock with our supplier. These items are held in stock with our suppliers and we are advised by them on a daily basis of the stock status. (we cannot guarantee the availability of these parts as they are not held in stock with us) Please allow an extra day or so for for delivery
No delivery services are offered over bank holiday periods and orders placed will be dealt with from the first working day
Non delivery or late delivery
If your goods do not arrive by the expected date we will ask you to confirm your address details are correct and ask you to check if the parcel has been left in a safe place or with neighbours, failing this we will ask you to check with your local post office to see if the post may be held with them.
