Returns
If you wish to return product's) you should inform us of your decision within 7 days of the date on which you received the item's).
Your product must be complete, unused and in ‘as new’ condition
(e.g., if you have opened the box to examine the product you
must have done so without damaging or marking the product
or packaging in any way). It should be returned with the original
box, packing and accessories. Pre-recorded videotapes, DVDs,
CDs, Minidisks and other software must be sealed. Any ‘Free
Gifts’ received with the product must also be returned.
When Returning part of an order that has qualified for free delivery a full refund will be given on the item but if the order total then falls below the relevant free delivery threashold carriage will be charged at the rate as stated on our website.
We cannot cancel your purchase when:
There is a contract for services with the product and you
have started using the services (this would include, e.g.,
a mobile phone subscription, but not an extended warranty
service agreement); the seal has been broken or
The goods were a special order to your specification.

Postage is charged by order value, Please view the table below for costs. Please allow 1-4 days for delivery of your items as although we try to stock many of the items it is impossible to carry them all.
