  3. Tools required:Phillips & a small flat head  screwdriver

  4. Using the small flat head screwdriver release the door seal retaining clip

  5. Separate the 2 part retaining clip

  6. Remove the door seal retaining wire

  7. Grip the door seal and pull a small amount away from the outer casing

  8. Using the phillips screwdriver remove the 2 door hinge retaining screws

  9. Remove the door from the appliance

  10. The door hinge clamp plate needs to be slid up to remove it

  11. Place your hand behind the door seal to remove the door hinge clamp plate

  13. Place the door on a flat surface

  15. Using a phillips screwdriver remove 2 door hinge retaining screws from the door

  16. Remove 2 further screws to the door trim

  17. Using the small flat head screwdriver separate the door trim from the door face

  18. Lift the inner door trim slightly to remove the door hinge

  20. Separate the door hinge from the hinge bearings

  21. Take the new door hinge from its package ensuring its correct for the appliance

  22. Fit the new door hinge to the hinge bearings & position them on the door

  23. Push down & click the inner door trim into place

  24. Using the phillips screwdriver replace 2 door hinge retaining screws

  25. Replace 2 further screws each side of the inner door trim

  26. Door hinge fitted to door

  27. Replace the door hinge clamp on the inside of the casing

  28. Position the door hinge clamp on the casing & slide down into position

  29. Door hinge clamp in position

  30. Position the door & hinge against the casing & replace the retaining screws

  31. Using the phillips screwdriver tighten the door hinge retaining screws

  32. Refit the door seal onto the lip of the outer casing

  33. Replace the door seal retaining wire

  34. Connect the retaining wire clip together

  35. Squeeze the 2 parts together
