  2. Safety First:Remove the Plug from the Mains Socket

  3. Tools required: A phillips screwdriver
    Phillips screwdriver (small)

  6. Locate the terminal block at rear of the appliance and remove the screw

  7. Make a note of the wires (a photograph is useful) and remove them

  9. Remove the rear panel retaining screws on both sides

  10. Remove further screws

  11. Remove further screws

  12. Grip the rear panel and lift it of its retaining lug

  13. Tilt the the back panel out

  14. Pull the wires away from the terminal block & remove the back panel

  16. Locate the spark ignition transformer and mark the wires

  17.  Make a note of the wires (a photograph is useful) and remove them

  18. Wires removed

  19. Un clip the spark ignition transformer and remove it

  20. Spark ignition transformer removed

  21. Take the new transformer from its package ensuring its correct for the appliance

  22. Fit the new spark ignition transformer onto the appliance

  23. Spark ignition transformer in position now refit the wires

  24. Wires in place

  25. Feed the wires through the terminal block and replace the back panel 
    K341G Rear Panel 6
  26. Lift the back panel onto its retaining lug
    K341G Rear Panel 5
  27. Back panel located on its retaining lug
    K341G Rear Panel 4
  28. Replace the retaining screws on both sides
    K341G Rear Panel 3
  29. Replace further retaining screws
    K341G Rear Panel 2
  30. Replace further retaining screws
    K341G Rear Panel 1
  31. Refit the wires onto the terminal block

  32. Refit the screw onto the terminal block
    K341G Terminal block 1
  33. Rear Panel in place

  34. The appliance is now ready for use
