  2. Safety First:Remove the Plug from the Mains Socket

  3. Tools required:Phillips Screwdriver
    Phillips screwdriver (small)

  5. Lay the appliance on its side to expose the base

  6. Using the phillips screwdriver remove the base retaining screws

  7. Remove further base retaining screws

  8. Carefully pull the base out a small amount

  9. Locate the overflow unit on the inside of the base

  10. Make a note of the wires (a photograph is useful) and remove them

  11. Remove the base & remove the overflow unit retaining screws

  12.  Remove the overflow unit from the base

  13. Over flow unit removed from base

  14. Locate the overflow float inside the unit container

  15. Remove the overflow float from the overflow unit container

  16. Using the phillips screwdriver remove the micro switch retaining screw

  17. Remove the micro switch from the overflow unit

  18. Micro switch & float removed

  19. Take the container from its package ensuring its correct for the appliance

  20. Fit the micro switch to the new overflow unit container

  21. Using the phillips screwdriver replace the micro switch retaining screw
    DI620 Overflow  Microswitch 1
  22. Place the float into overflow unit container

  23. Overflow float in place
    DI620 Overflow  Float 1
  24. Replace the overflow unit to the base 
    DI620 Overflow Container 4
  25. Replace the overflow unit retaining screws 
    DI620 Overflow Container 3
  26. Replace the wires to the micro switch
    DI620 Overflow Container 2
  27. Wires attached
    DI620 Overflow Container 1
  28. Replace the base
    DI620 Base 4
  29. Using the phillips screwdriver replace the base retaining screws
    DI620 Base 3
  30. Replace further base retaining screws
    DI620 Base 2
  31. Now stand the appliance upright
    DI620 Base 1a
  32. The appliance is now ready for use
