  4. A pair of Pliers

  6. Grip the top basket runner end stop and twist outwards

  7. Basket runner end stop twisted out

  8. Basket runner end stop twisted out on the other side

  9. Remove the top basket

  10.  Using the phillips screwdriver remove the left side panel retaining screws

  11. Remove further side panel retaining screws

  12. Remove further side panel retaining screws

  13. Remove further side panel retaining screws

  14. Remove further side panel retaining screws

  15. Remove further side panel retaining screws

  16.  Remove further side panel retaining screws

  17. Remove further side panel retaining screws

  18. Remove the left side panel

  19. Locate the air break unit

  20. From the inside of the appliance locate the air break unit retaining nut

  21. Grip the air break unit retaining nut and twist to release it

  22. Retaining nut removed

  23. Make a note of the wires (a photograph is useful)

  24. Grip the wires and pull downwards to remove them

  25. Wires removed

  26. Remove the condensation hose from the air break unit

  27. Condensation hose removed

  28. Using the pliers release the corbin clip retaining the unit to sump hose

  29. Grip the unit to sump hose and remove it

  30. Air break unit to sump hose removed

  31. Release the jubilee clip retaining the water inlet hose

  32. Grip the water inlet hose and remove it

  33. Water inlet hose removed

  34. Remove the air break unit from the appliance

  35. Air break unit removed

  36. Take the Air Break Unit from its package ensuring its correct for the appliance

  37. Fit the new air break unit to the appliance

  38. Replace the water inlet hose onto the new air break unit

  39. Tighten the jubilee clip retaining the water inlet hose

  40. Replace the air break unit to sump hose

  41. Replace the corbin clip retaining the air break unit to sump hose

  42. Replace the condensation hose

  43. Replace the wires to the air break unit

  44. Wires in place

  45. From inside the appliance replace the air break unit retaining nut

  46. New air break unit in place

  47. Replace the left side panel

  48. Using the phillips screwdriver replace the left side panel retaining screws

  49. Replace further side panel retaining screws
    DI620 Left Panel 7
  50. Replace further side panel retaining screws
    DI620 Left Panel 6
  51. Replace further side panel retaining screws
    DI620 Left Panel 5
  52. Replace further side panel retaining screws

  53. Replace further side panel retaining screws

  54. Replace further side panel retaining screws
    DI620 Left Panel 2
  55. Replace further side panel retaining screws
    DI620 Left Panel 1
  56.  Replace the upper basket & as you push it in the end stops will relocate
    DI620 Feed Pipe 1
  57. The appliance is now ready for use
