  2. Safety First: Remove the plug from the mains socket
    Safety First
  3. Tools required are a phillips screwdriver and a T15 torx spanner
    Phillips screwdriver, T10 torque
  4. A small  flat head screwdriver and a 7mm spanner
    Flat screwdriver & 7mm spanner
  5. Remove the screw cover caps on both sides of the lid

  6.  Using the T15 torx spanner remove 2 lid retaining screws

  7. Lift the lid slightly

  8. Push the lid back and remove it

  10. Remove the soap dispenser

  11. Using the phillips screwdriver remove 3 console retaining screws

  12. From the left pull the console away from the machine

  13. From the right un-clip the console
    WMA 60 Console 3
  14. Make a note of the wires (a photograph is useful)

  15. Release the wires from the control module by pushing them away

  16. Wires released now remove the console

  17. Console removed from machine

  18. Remove the door seal from the outer casing

  19. Using the flat head screwdriver separate the retaining clip

  20. Pull the retaining clip away with the door seal retaining wire attached

  21. Remove the door seal retaining wire

  22. Grip the door seal and pull it away from the outer casing

  23. Grip the kick strip and pull it away
    WMA 60 kick strip 1
  24. Remove the kick strip
    WMA 60 kick strip 2
  25. Remove 2 screws retaining the top of the front casing

  26. Remove 2 screws retaining the bottom of the front casing
    WMA 60 front panel 2
  27. Lift and slide the front casing upwards a small amount
    WMA 60 front panel 3
  28. Pull the front casing away from the machine 
    WMA 60 front panel 4
  29. Using a flat head screwdriver release the plastic clip on the top of the hose

  30. Using a 7mm spanner release the clip on the bottom of the dispenser hose
    WMA 60 Dispenser hose 2
  31. Grip the dispenser hose and pull it away from the outer drum
    WMA 60 Dispenser hose 3
  32. Grip the dispenser hose and pull it away from the dispenser
    WMA 60 Dispenser hose 4
  33. Dispenser hose removed

  34. Take the new dispenser hose from its package ensuring its correct for appliance

  35. Fit the new dispenser hose onto the dispenser
    WMA 60 Dispenser hose 5
  36. Fit the new dispenser hose onto the outer drum
    WMA 60 Dispenser hose 6
  37. Using a 7mm spanner tighten the clip on the bottom of the dispenser hose

  38. Grip the plastic clip on the top of the hose and squeeze it to tighten 
    WMA 60 Dispenser hose 7
  39. Locate the front casing onto the plastic lugs on the side casing of the machine

  40. Push the side casing into position and push down   onto the plastic lugs
    WMA 60 front panel 6
  41. Replace 2 screws retaining the bottom of the front casing
    WMA 60 front panel 2
  42. Replace 2 screws retaining the top of the front casing
    WMA 60 front panel 1
  43. Replace the kick strip 
    WMA 60 kick strip 2
  44. Push the kick strip into position
    WMA 60 kick strip 1
  45. Fit the door seal to the lip of the front casing

  46. Replace the door seal retaining wire securing the door seal to the front casing

  47. Clip the 2 parts into place
    WMA 60 door seal 17
  48. Attach the wires to the control module
    WMA 60 Console 6
  49. Wires attached
    WMA 60 Console 4
  50. From the right clip the console into the machine
    WMA 60 Console 3
  51. From the left push the console into the machine to locate it
    WMA 60 Console 2
  52. Using the phillips screwdriver replace the 3 console retaining screws
    WMA 60 Console 1
  53. Replace the soap dispenser 
    WMA 60 Soap Dispencer removal
  54. Relocate the lid and slide forward to engage it
    WMA 60 lid 4
  55. Using the T15 torx spanner replace the 2 lid retaining screws
    WMA 60 lid 2
  56. Replace the 2 screw cover caps
    WMA 60 lid 1
