  2. Safety First:Remove the Plug from the Mains Socket

  3. Tools required:Phillips & a T15 torx screwdriver & a 13mm socket spanner

  4. Remove the screw cover caps on both sides of the lid

  5. Using the T15 torx spanner remove 2 lid retaining screws

  6. Lift the lid slightly

  7. Push the lid back and remove it

  9. Remove the soap dispenser drawer

  10. Using the phillips screwdriver remove 3 console retaining screws

  11. From the left pull the console away from the machine

  12. From the right un-clip the console
    WMA 60 Console 3 (Small)
  13. Make a note of the wires (a photograph is useful)

  14. Release the wires from the control module by pushing them away

  15. Wires released now remove the console

  17. Remove the door seal from the outer casing

  18. Using the flat head screwdriver separate the retaining clip

  19. Pull the retaining clip away with the door seal retaining wire attached

  20. Remove the door seal retaining wire

  21. Grip the door seal and pull it away from the outer casing

  22. Grip the kick strip and pull it away

  23. Remove the kick strip

  24. Remove 2 screws retaining the top of the front casing

  25. Remove 2 screws retaining the bottom of the front casing

  26. Lift and slide the front casing upwards a small amount

  27. Pull the front casing away from the machine & remove wires from the interlock

  28. Its easier to remove the front counterweight with the machine on its back

  29. Using the 13mm socket remove the 3 bottom counterweight retaining bolts

  30. Bolts removed now remove the bottom counterweight from the drum

  31. Bottom counterweight removed from the drum

  32. Take the new counterweight from its package ensuring its correct for appliance

  33. Place the new bottom counterweight onto the drum

  34. Using the 13mm socket replace the 3 bottom counterweight retaining bolts

  35. Stand the appliance upright

  36. Locate the front casing onto the plastic lugs on the side casing of the machine

  37. Push the side casing into position and push down   onto the plastic lugs

  38. Replace 2 screws retaining the bottom of the front casing

  39. Replace 2 screws retaining the top of the front casing
    WMA 60 front panel 1 (Small)
  40. Replace the kick strip 
    WMA 60 kick strip 2 (Small)
  41. Push the kick strip into position
    WMA 60 kick strip 1 (Small)
  42. Fit the door seal to the lip of the front casing

  43. Replace the door seal retaining wire securing the door seal to the front casing

  44. Clip the 2 parts into place

  45. Attach the wires to the control module

  46. Wires attached
    WMA 60 Console 4 (Small)
  47. From the right clip the console into the machine
    WMA 60 Console 3 (Small)
  48. From the left push the console into the machine to locate it
    WMA 60 Console 2 (Small)
  49. Using the phillips screwdriver replace the 3 console retaining screws
    WMA 60 Console 1 (Small)
  50. Replace the soap dispenser drawer
    WMA 60 Soap Dispencer removal (Small)
  51. Relocate the lid and slide forward to engage it
    WMA 60 lid 4
  52. Using the T15 torx spanner replace the 2 lid retaining screws
    WMA 60 lid 2
  53. Replace the 2 screw cover caps
    WMA 60 lid 1
