  2. Safety First:Remove the Plug from the Mains Socket

  3. Tools required:Phillips Screwdriver & a socket for jubilee clips

  4. A pair of Pliers
    Pliers

  6. Lay the appliance on its side to expose the base

  7. Using the phillips screwdriver remove the base retaining screws

  8. Remove further base retaining screws

  9. Carefully pull the base out a small amount

  10. Locate the overflow unit on the inside of the base
    DI620 Overflow Container 1
  11. Make a note of the wires and remove them, now remove the base
    DI620 Overflow Container 2
  12. Release the corbin clip retaining the drain hose

  14. Remove the drain hose from the drain pump to give access to the wash motor pump

  15. Make a note of the wires (a photograph is useful) and remove them

  17. Release the jubilee clip to the Pump Junction Pipe

  18. Remove the pump junction pipe from the wash motor pump
    DI620 Motor Pump 4
  19. Release the jubilee clip from the high pressure sensor assembly

  20. Release the jubilee clip from the sump to pump hose
    DI620 Motor Pump 6
  21. Grip the wash motor pump & remove it from the 2 pipes
    DI620 Motor Pump 7
  22. Locate the motor fixing spring & release it
    DI620 Motor Pump 8
  23. Lift the motor fixing spring up to remove the wash  motor pump
    DI620 Motor Pump 10
  24. Locate and remove the earth wire
    DI620 Motor Pump 11
  25. Wash motor pump removed from appliance

  26. Take the new wash motor from its package ensuring its correct for the appliance
    DI620 Motor Pump Assembly
  27. Connect the earth wire to the new wash motor pump

  28. Position the motor fixing spring onto the appliance
    DI620 Motor Pump 10
  29. Push the motor fixing spring down and into position
    DI620 Motor Pump 8
  30. Position the new wash motor pump onto the 2 hoses
    DI620 Motor Pump 7
  31. Tighten the jubilee clip to the sump to pump hose
    DI620 Motor Pump 6
  32. Tighten the jubilee clip to the high pressure sensor assembly
    DI620 Motor Pump 5
  33. Replace the pump junction pipe to the wash motor pump
    DI620 Motor Pump 4
  34. Tighten the jubilee clip to the Pump Junction Pipe
    DI620 Motor Pump 3
  35. Refit the wires
    DI620 Motor Pump 1
  36. Fit the drain hose onto the drain pump
    DI620 Drain Pump 4
  37. Using the pliers refit the corbin clip to hold the drain hose in place
    DI620 Drain Pump 2
  38. Replace the wires to the overflow unit micro switch
    DI620 Overflow Container 2
  39. Wires attached
    DI620 Overflow Container 1
  40. Replace the base
    DI620 Base 4
  41. Using the phillips screwdriver replace the base retaining screws
    DI620 Base 3
  42. Replace further base retaining screws
    DI620 Base 2
  43. Now stand the appliance upright

  44.  The appliance is now ready for use
