Knob Front Loader Hotpoint
Why buy genuine?
This non-genuine timer knob was perfectly adequate for my mum's old Hotpoint front loader. It arrived in good time and fitted like a genuine part. Cost was reasonable and much cheaper than the genuine article.

Good service
After searching through some of the sites on the internet this was one of the cheaper ones for a genuine part.
Ordering was easy and it was sent in a reasonable time. Fitting a bit awkward as no instructions came with it detailing the different terminals due to it being an updated component. However a bit of careful inspection and it was fitted and worked correctly.

Easy fix to cooker clock / timer - 10 min job, honest!
I found your spares to be the cheapest supplier - cheaper than manufacturer even. The part arrived within a couple of days and was an exact replacement for the original. Fitting was easy too
-undo two screws to pull the cooker out from the fitted kitchen
- turn off electric
- remove 4 screws from the lid
- gently pop off existing 6 buttons from the cooker unit
- pop old digital unit out and transfer wire connectors one by one to the new unit
- pop in new unit
- press back in the 6 buttons
- put the lid back on and push the cooker back in
It really is as simple as that. Thanks :-)

Works well, after figuring out the wiring!
Despatch was on the day after I expected (ordered over a weekend, despatched Tuesday) and arrived well packed.
The terminals were marked differently from the old timer, although it was the same device basically. After much googling, I established the right way it should be wired, and all is well again with the cooker.
