    I bought 2 of these for a cooker model number zkc6020w

    These racks do not fit the cooker which I find very strange as we have the right model number the rack that is there measures 42.5 cm and these racks are 44 cm is there anyway I can return these for a refund please

      Very strange i have been on the manufacturer website and that is the correct part for your appliance the only other one they do is a top oven shelf on the link below,
