I paid £2.99 for 1st class or courier delivery service. After a few days it had not arrived. I contacted YourSpares by e-mail and they responded immediately, told me my order would be sent out that day and refunded the £2.99 delivery charge. I received the order the next day. They explained the bank holiday weekend had caused them a few problems. First class customer service. Would definitely use this company again.
