Missing remote control

Hi,

I've just into a new house house that has a fitted airconditioning until. The model is 'Highcool Airconditioning HYAH25HP4'. The remote control is missing and need this to operate the unit. I was wondering if anyone knows were I can hold of the remote controls/spares.

Other features include remote control, sleep setting to guarantee quiet operation during the night, built-in dehumidification function, oscillating louvre and ventilation setting to improve air circulation, a timer for added convenience and removable/washable filters. At low temperatures some additional spot heating may be required.
