Good customer Service let down by delivery glitchAEG Main Oven Door Hinge 3 out of 5

Ordered with first class postage added. No confirmatory email received so I checked and it was definitely in the system and was being processed. After a week, it hadn't arrived and when I rang and checked, it was being dispatched that day (or thereabouts) and it duly arrived the next day. The Customer Services I spoke with were excellent but I never did find out why it wasn't dispatched a week earlier, and it would have been nice to have been offered my first class postage back. But I would use them again, just because they were nice to deal with - it wasn't their fault the computer had an off day.
