  Does this hold the top spay arm in place?

  I replaced the curved top spray arm on my Hotpoint FDW60p dishwasher as it came off during every wash cycle - I thought it was because the gasket/ seal and/or the thread were worn out. However the new spray arm also falls off during every cycle so I can only assume it's the part it screws on to that is worn but I can't find the replacement part on any spares sites. Any ideas whether it will be this that needs replacing and if so what part it is?

    Hi Jacky, This is the correct part for your machine and screws the upper wash arm to the feeder pipe but if this will solve your problem im not sure maybe a call from a service engineer would help to solve this for you as you may need to replace the feeder arm aswell, if you would like an exploded view of this you can email in to sales@yourspares.co.uk
