    new fluff filter does not fit snuggly in the vent hole

    Hi,

    I got a new fluff filter for my parents' Hotpoint 9324pg GE dryer.

    How does the fluff filter supposed to be placed in the vent hole: it fits right in but it doesn't stay on - it is not snugged enough and/or there is nothing to hold it in place. Thererfore, it falls right away.

    What am I missing?

      Hi,

      Apparently I am missing the filter guard part (a.k.a filter cover).

      I didn't find it on your web site. Do you carry it for my hotpoint 9325pg dryer model?

      On the web I saw a part with the serial number of 5031-6815-8007-4.
