You recently supplied me with a grey rubber Hotpoint washing machine door seal (Part Number HPTC00201247) When the door seal arrived it was a bit buckled and I did wonder whether it would prove to be satisfactory particularly because I have never attempted to replace the door seal on a washing machine before.
I prepared by viewing some videos on YouTube on how to replace a door seal to a Hotpoint machine and I have just fitted the seal to our washing machine. This took a couple of hours and my wife has just tested the machine and it is fine with no leaks. When I put the new seal on, the buckling more or less disappeared as I stretched the seal over the lips on the drum and front panel.
I am very satisfied with your service and the price charged for the door seal was much less than other on-line Company's. I dread to think what I would have been charged if the door seal had been fitted by a "suitably qualified engineer"!! The part cost £13-54 including VAT and Saver Delivery.
