Really good service
The product I ordered was well priced and arrived very quicky - within 4 days.
The packaging was secure & so I was very impresed. Would certainly use again and recommend!

Ordered 5 of these because of an offer of 5% off when £40 spent.
The ordering process was smooth 7 I received updated emails to when product was being processed & then dispatched.
I was emailed to say delivery would be between Mon 21st to Weds 23rd, which is a bit of a wide perimeter, not exactly a decisive date, so I was not looking forward to having to get up before 8am for the next 3 days and hang around at home til gone 6-8pm wondering if & when delivery would arrive.
However, on the evening of 1st date of anticipated delivery, after arriving home from work, the next-door neighbour brought round the package to which I apologised for not coming to their house to pick it up, I explained that no note had been left at my property by the courier so I was none the wiser, this is poor service.
Also I first placed the order on 12th Oct but didn't receive the package until 21st Oct so it had taken some time to arrive.
I'm happy with the products and would use 'Your Spares' again, however, I feel the delivery service needs improving.

Returns & Refunds
If an item is faulty or damaged on delivery and we are notified within 24 hours we will arrange for a replacement or a refund of the item - it needs to be within this time period for us to make claims with our couriers.
If you have simply changed your mind or no longer require the item(s), you must notify us within 7 days from receiving your order. The item(s) must be in their original unused and unopened packaging and be in a resalable condition for a full refund. You will need to pay for the cost of returning the item(s) and the item(s) remain your responsibility until we receive them.
