LID HINGES FOR CANNON 10268G

Can the hinges be changed without replacing the whole hinges + lid unit ? Why does your part list only mention LH lid hinge spring...? I don't know which spring is failing, but I love my cooker...!
If this is possible, is it a tricky job ?

  Hello John, you can replace the hinges and they are available please see note below from manufacture
  
  Right hand Hinge assemblies are still available. Part Number C00240089.
  Parts for left hand hinge assemblies are restricted, with only the spring available. Part Number C00265869.
  However, if a left hand hinge assembly is required, a right hand hinge assembly can be ordered and parts used from it to effect a repair if they are
  not specific to right hand oreintation
