The product was not quite what I had expected and did not do what I hoped it would. However, when I contacted the seller, they responded quickly and courteously, arranging for
me to return the item, free of charge, for a refund. I was very impressed with their response to my email and would recommend them for their customer care and efficiency despite the fact that the item was not suitable.
