Review: Zanussi Door Gasket

Model no. not shown on website so item ordered from link supplied by email enquiry. Turned out to be wrong item.
Following the supply of more details including Product No. it was agreed that if we returned first item to FREEPOST address a correct item would be sent. Also told that this was cheaper than first item.
After 10 days of follow ups YourSpares agreed to send out replacement before confirming return of ofiginal. This fitted fine.
It needed a reminder email to get refund of difference but still not sure if they had recevied original back.
At the end of the day we were very satisfied about the result.
This fitted fine.
