Review: QTX 18 SUB

I have a large house and Im a bit of an audiophile

I have running an Onkyo nr7009 and a marantz pm4040 to run crystal acoustic speakers at the front and the onkyo runs the rears. I have a small home theatre subwoofer that although is chep and nasty does the job on the ultra low frequencies. I removed this and made my own t line box and it hits hard on the subsonics. However i was missing that punch in the face bass. as he onkyo is a .2 system i ran this 18 qtx off the lfe channel and turned the frequency down to 40hz and the gain up to full its hidden in one corner of my room and it makes the floor shake. Yes its cheap yes its not the best make. but with my crystal accoustics and onkyo all thx certified this things comes into life in the movies and even in music i wouldnt knock it all delivers more than i expected im very happy
