Review: Great product and price but delivery slow
Great price and postage on a replacement door glass for my washing machine. What was not so great was that I spoke to a customer service rep on the Friday and offered to collect as I live nearby and didn't want to be without a machine for long. That wasn't possible due to them having moved premises and organisation wasn't good at the moment. So as the item was shown as in stock I opted for a small additional charge for 1st class postage. The item didn't arrive until the following Thursday. A phone call the previous day got the response that the item probably had to be got from the manufacturer. I don't find this acceptable. On the positive, the chap on customer services was very helpful and apologetic and I probably will use them again despite this hiccup. Everybody deserves a second chance.The washing backlog has now been cleared!
