After ordering the wrong element, I realized, (after taking the top off the machine) and contacted YOURSPARES.
"No problem" was their reply, "Just send it back and we will credit your account and you can reorder the one you really want"
So I repackaged it up, sent it away, and the next day my account was refunded.
I then ordered this one, and it arrived super fast and is now keeping my washer-dryer nice and hot.
