Yes, the first item arrived on 19th, but was badly damaged. This was sorted out immediately and a replacement sorted and promised on 24th by courier. It actually arrived today, 22nd, in better packaging and in perfect condition. Thank you very much for your prompt no hassle service. By the way, the damaged item was returned via Freepost, thus no cost to ourselves.
