Thank you for giving the chance to comment about the way you operate, in respect to customer service.
The purchase price was the main attraction here, yet the overall experience of surveying your products was brilliant and so easy. Ordering the item was also very easy and straight forward, which leads me to the delivery of the item. To be fair once the item leaves your capable hands, and goes out into the world of confusion and uncertainty, which is the environment of many of our delivery methods, we should expect to have a little understanding about the time it takes for us to receive the item, yet here again, the time from ordering to the time received was 4.5 working days, this is a brilliant turn round, and felt it needed to be commented on. So thank you for the overall experience of a transaction of great satisfaction.
I cannot comment about the performance of the item as it has not yet been fitted in its situation.
