Review: Mr

I wanted to purchase a an "everlasting" dust collector bag for my Hoover Sprint No Bag 1600W vacuum cleaner. Not only was the bag not listed (on reflection, hardly surprising), neither was the vacuum cleaner. I phoned customer services and they couldn't help me as I coudln't provide the model number; it had fallen off and been lost. They did suggest I emailed a copy of the Instruction Booklet to them and they would see what they could do.

I bought paper bags and they fitted. I subsequently placed an order for a washable cloth bag on spec. as they only list one, I am optimistic that there is some degree of standaridization.
