Review: Very poor service!!!
I ordered the item ordered on 29th August and paid extra for 1st class or courier delivery. Item had not arrived after 5 working days so I contacted yourspares.com to inquire where the item was and was only then informed there was a problem and it would be dispatched the next day. It will now be 8 working days after the original order date. Nothing offered at all in terms of compensation or good will gesture!
Very bad customer service and I will not use this company again!!
