Review: Hotpoint Door glass top oven
I had difficulty identifying which was the actual part number that I wanted , as there were various versions that looked similar (mark1, mark2 etc).
I ordered the mark2 which turned out to be the wrong one and I had to return it, costing nearly £13.
I spoke to customer services and liaised with Sallie & Rob, who were excellent and a new part was identified (mark1). It was checked by Rob, prior to despatch and was perfect. Customer service could not be faulted
