Knob Bezel Top Oven Trad / Prof Silver is a genuine spare part suitable for selected Hotpoint Cookers and Ovens.

I ordered 2 bezels for my cooker and despite telling your young man that my cooker was gas I have received 2 bezels which seem to be for an electric cooker. I used the order number that your guy gave me but the bezels I received are marked 100 200 etc when I needed 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9. I am returning them to you...You give great service and aftercare despite this problem.
