Having had previous good experiences with Yourspares I ordered 16 Toothbrush Heads, accepting that they were probably not from Oral-B but believing that they were compatible, as stated, with Oral-B Toothbrushes. They were not really compatible. I had to really force one onto the drive shaft then found it very difficult to remove it, having to prise away and finally to lever it off! I had to post the lot back, 17 unused and one I had tried to use. I was only refunded 67% of my costs.
This seems unfair when the goods were NOT compatible with Oral-B toothbrushes as was clearly stated.
