A broken washing machine is a headache.
It was therefore with foreboding that I ordered new paddles from you last Thursday, expecting delivery after the weekend, and a backlog of dirty clothes to wash. I was advised by you not to expect delivery until next week.
I was gobsmacked that the parts arrived the next day, Friday.
