Review: Rather disappointed
I placed this Order 3/2/14 I received the part on 7/2/14. I opened the order to discover it had been damaged! So I phoned yourspares and spoke to a very kind gentlemen whom said he would have a new one out to us and we should receive it no later than 11/2/14. So I waited in but received no order so I phoned yourspares again and was told that the part they were sending out to me had been damaged and they now had to wait for a replacement to be sent to them and they will send it to us!!!
So understandingly we were very angry as I had waited in for nothing. You think someone would have contacted us to let us know we wouldn't be getting our order :-( but poor customer service we had to phone and chase them up.
So overall I think disgraceful service as it is now 13/2/14 and we are still waiting.
