I needed a new oven element for our cooker as well as a new lamp cover which I managed to break whilst exploring the old element. The website was very easy to use and track down the correct items. Ordered Tuesday and delivered Thursday and both items were correct. I would not hesitate to use this firm again should the occasion arise.
