Review: Spoiled by postage charges
This is the second time I've ordered from Yourspares and the second time they've charged me a premium for getting things sent via Royal Mail to the Highlands (Royal Mail only has one standard charge). I wouldn't have minded so much but when I followed up to ask for a refund (which was given straight away) no apology was offered. I would suggest this reply is not the best way to deal with an unhappy customer 'Hello, We have looked in to this and refunded the delivery charge. Regards Rob T' The product is great (I've ordered the same before) and the price and speed of delivery was impressive. I'd suggest that a bit of training is needed of how to deal with customers though!
