Review: Excellent service and help on live chat facility. 5 stars

My Philips tumble dryer broke down recently after giving superb service since we purchased it in 1980. The problem was the drive belt and as everything else was working I thought I would see if I could buy a new belt but was not really hopeful as it was so old. I went on to live chat and was answered by Rob who was very helpful and after a short exchange of details sourced the replacement belt. I asked for reassurance that it was the correct one which he confirmed, and as the price was about £7 inc delivery it was well worth ordering. On receipt a few days later I measured it against the original and it was the correct size. Altogether a very good service from Yourspares who I will certainly use again.
