Review: Excellent service and help on live chat facility.
My Philips tumble dryer broke down recently after giving superb service since we purchased it in 1980. The problem was the drive belt and as everything else was working I thought I would see if I could buy a new belt but was not really hopeful as it was so old. I went on to live chat and was answered by Rob who was very helpful and after a short exchange of details sourced the replacement belt. I asked for reassurance that it was the correct one which he confirmed, and as the price was about Â£7 inc delivery it was well worth ordering. On receipt a few days later I measured it against the original and it was the correct size. Altogether a very good service from Yourspares who I will certainly use again.
