Order placed on 10th July, promised between 18th and 22nd, today 23rd, still not here. 8 to 12 days delivery time already a long time for such a small item, being late is not acceptable for an internet business. Up Date: Have now emailed company, spoke to Sallie, it appears this item was lost in the post. Communication with Sallie has been excellent, replacement has now been received, still took 2 weeks, down to being sent 2nd class post i guess (understandable I suppose on this low value item). Can now recommend this company, but suggest customers opt for 1st Class post. Product was of a good quality. If item had arrived sooner would have given 5 stars, definitely.
