Review: Slow delivery,poor product

After waiting 10days for delivery phoned to be told they had my order but paypal had not informed them of my payment. ! . They then promptly despatched the items. Item is described as compatible with the Oral B electric toothbrush. Yes it does fit (very tight after a good push which I hope does not damage the shaft) but heads are smaller and very definitely not of the same quality. Suppose it is a case of you get what you pay for.
