Review: Great to deal with

While doing a search for a new headset microphone i stumbled upon Yourspares and found what looked ideal so i ordered it along with some replacement heads for our Braun toothbrush, the heads arrived prompt and well packaged, the microphone failed to arrive, so a quick email which was responded to promptly explained the last one in stock was damaged and so they had been waiting on a new delivery and would be dispatched on a said date, this time the microphone arrived well packaged. The microphone is well made and under a quick test works better than my old unit that i paid a lot more for ten years ago. Will i deal with Yourspares again? most definitely, could they improve their service? when out of stock and possible delays email the customer.
