Review: Excellent service from start to finish

I ordered a part and it was delivered on time. I could not fit the part and I thought that it was the wrong fitting. So I contacted Eurospares who were very apologetic and they issued me with a number and told me I could either send it back by post or take it back to one of there stores. A store is about 9 miles away so I decided to take it there. I explained my predicament to the service person, he checked the part, asked if I had the car with me which I did he came out and fitted the part. Excellent service
