Review: wrong item but good customer service to resolve problem!
I purchesed a oven glass panel, however I received a grill glass panel. I contacted yoursupplies to explain I had been sent Tue wrong item, they where e very friendly and dealt with the problem! I was sent a return slip through email which I had to print off myself and when I took it to the postcode they were a bit unsure about excepting the item to be returned as it wasn't a official return form, however I was giving a proof of postage receipt which I then emailed to yourspares and the correct item was despatched the next day. I would say my exepriance with the company was a pleasant one and they have a great customer service team, however as error can occur and wrong products can be sent I would strongly advise that they send the item with a return form!!
