Review: Delivery not good.

First order was lost and not delivered despite the company saying it was! As they only sent it out 2nd class post they cannot track it and assumed it was delivered within a certain time frame! The replacement order was delivered and was wrong the invoice/delivery note showed the correct item I had ordered but inside the package was different vacuum bags. Following my email to them the replacement for the replacement was despatched by first class post and I received it the next day. However I did not appreciate having to go the main post office to check where my initial order was for them and again to dispatch back to them the wrongly sent goods all at my expense!!!
