Review: Getting an oven knob for a very old cooker

I hate doing stuff over the Internet, but had no option. However your sales lady talked me though arranging a special order and had earlier gained some advice so that I was sure to get the correct item. I fitted the knob today and my old mum was very happy. Thanks for all your help and putting up with my irritation about you not taking phone orders, but your service in the end has won me over!
