Review: Slow delivery & poor online chat/sales backup 2 stars

Very slow delivery when item did not arrive I was told by person on chat service if it does not arrive tomorrow contact sales and they will send out annother. when I contacted sales they would not do that for annother for annother 3 days! As first class deliver can take 5 working days after they have got round to dispatching it! Poor
