Review: Good service and fast delivery

Initially I ordered the wrong item. I had used the on line chat service to check whether the product I was ordering was the correct item for my vacuum cleaner and I was told yes. However, when it arrived it was too big. I rang up and was told that I could return it and that I would receive a refund. I was also emailed a returns note and a link for the correct item. I re-ordered and received the correct item the following day and I was credited with the amount paid for the incorrect item once Yourspares had received it. I was very happy with the efficient way in which this company dealt with my order.
