I contacted YOURSPARES because I did not receive the Instruction regarding the product, YOURSPARES contacted me Immediately by email and sent me the Instructions. Then as I did not understand something about the Manual I got a very quick email reply, explaining to me what I did not understand. I highly RECOMMEND Yourspares Service.
