A fixed width holesaw does a much better job. Only having two cutting points means it's impossible to cut smoothly or quickly. It may be versatile in cutting any size hole you need, but it's hard to use, slow, and wood tends to start smoking because of the heat generated by needing so many rotations. I threw mine away in the end and bought a holesaw instead.
