Review: Unable to contact your company to report incomplete order delivery

This companies site is completely unsatisfactory. I ordered a bracket for a tubular heater and they sent one half of the bracket! I have tried to contact them via the chat line but it informs me that it is only available during working hours. My first attempt was at 11-30am and my second was at 2-27pm. I tried to phone them but was greeted with an automatic answering service which advised all operatives were busy. I have tried 6 or 7 times and it is the same message which indicates to me that it is permanently switched on. Do not purchase anything from this company!
