Review: Delivery a shambles
Checked with the site first regarding delivery areas and it did not mention my post code not getting next day delivery. Paid the next day delivery charge, took a day off work to make sure I would get the delivery and then waited and waited. No delivery!!! Tried to contact the company by phone and live chat for over two and a half hours, to see if I could get a tracking number, only to be told that there was no one available to take my call or live chat. Finally got a reply from an email I sent, to say I would not receive my parts until Monday, instead of the Friday that I had paid for. To give them their due, when asked for a refund of the extra money that I had paid for the next day delivery service, they did not argue about it and sent a refund, but they did not get that correct either and only partly refunded the amount and there was no reason given. Have not asked nor argued why, as could not be bothered any more. Parts arrived on Monday. I think they need to improve their customer service and update their site regarding which areas can receive next day deliveries.
