Review: Printed instructions needed :(

I was disappointed that there was no printed instructions for the product i ordered. I had not realised that the instructions were sent via an email and that there was specific guidance on what to do. I was sent the product alone and its pieces and was left to my own devices to fit it. Naturally when i noticed it did not fit i just put it back in the packaging and sent it back. I later realised that the product came with electronic instructions that I missed. I feel that if a printed sheet even A5 or smaller would have sufficed. Instead i sent the product back and then was sent a refund as it was easier than sending the same piece out again. I then re ordered the same piece and am waiting for it to arrive. I think that it would have helped to have printed instructions from the offset to avoid any confusion and the average Customer could figure out how to fit the piece without having to traul through emails on what to do next.
